Advanced training in leadership and organizational development with forward-thinking consulting skills in professional development, needs assessments and recommending alternatives, including, but not limited to, design, delivery and/or coordination of initiatives leading to the strategic growth of the workforce in alignment with your company's mission, vision and values.  

Almost any dispute can be resolved if all parties involved are committed to the process. Not all disputes will end in settlement. However, a deeper understanding of the issues in dispute are usually uncovered.

Mediations

Evening Mediations: 2-4 hours max per evening ($75.00 per hour)

 Day/Weekend Mediations: Half Day (4-5 hours) $400.00

 Whole Day (8-9 hours) $800.00

 **Mediations exceeding 5 hours for half day sessions and 9 hours for whole day sessions will be billed a fee of $75.00 per hour for each additional hour.**

 **Payment is due in full prior to the beginning of each session.**

Consulting Services

$50.00 per hour for day/evening services (Monday-Friday)

$75.00 per hour for weekend services (Saturday/Sunday)

**Long term contracts or career opportunities are negotiable.
