
Graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a Master of Arts degree in Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management. Completed 40 hours of civil mediation training to meet State of Texas court-ordered mediation requirements, as well as 42 additional hours of family mediation and workplace/employment law training. Received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Currently pursuing teaching certification from Texas Teachers in Special Education and all core subjects in childhood education.
During undergraduate studies, interned at the City Attorney's Office in Arlington, Texas and received valuable training from the Texas Attorney General, Child Support Division. Also worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration's Disaster Relief Office during Hurricane Katrina & Rita relief efforts.
Recent projects include leading seminars for local architecture firm in team building and workplace solutions, transforming learning & development initiatives for mid-size wealth managment firm, creating and facilitating leadership development courses in conflict resolution, negotiation and customer relations for large international auto finance company.
